Rebuilt the network from the ground up across seven institutions and the Head Office: architected a three-tier (Core-Distribution-Access) switching hierarchy with redundant ISP links, fiber backbone with Cat-6 structured cabling, enterprise Wi-Fi, and a five-VLAN security architecture reinforced with ACLs.
